DOC.ua launches online testing of COVID-19 symptoms

A new service has been developed by the medical online hub DOC.ua with an expert support of Q Partners as investor and Middleware as technological partner.

The online test of COVID-19 symptoms is free and created for self-identification of potential risks to contract the new virus. The express test is available for users of Telegram, Viber or on DOC.ua website. The test takes 1 or 2 minutes. Based on the test results you learn what risk group your current health status can be attributed to: satisfactory, suspected acute respiratory viral infection or coronavirus. The chat bot will suggest you what to do and whom you should contact.

A user needs to answer simple questions about his/her health condition, contacts with sick persons and recent trips. The test has been prepared on the basis of the current recommendations of the World Health Organization for health care professionals for initial survey of patients potentially infected with COVID-19.

Based on the test results, you learn what risk group your current health status can be attributed to: satisfactory, suspected acute respiratory viral infection or coronavirus. The chat bot will suggest you what to do and whom you should contact.

Test results are for information only and cannot be treated as a medical diagnosis. If any disease symptoms are found, we suggest: in a severe condition, to call an ambulance; in a moderate or mild condition, to consult your family doctor or general practitioner online or to arrange an appointment.

The medical expert system for COVID-19 testing is created based on the Deepmemo Rules Engine platform of Middleware and integrated into the Doc.ua digital ecosystem by using Corezoid Process Engine.
