SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER. CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Denis Valvachev
15 years of experience in the financial sector. As a Chief Business Development Officer of the Fund, he is responsible for searching for new projects, fundraising and investment portfolio management.

Before joining Quarter Partners, Denis was a Managing Director at Sberbank of Russia for 7 years. His responsibilities included the development of all products and services for wealthy bank customers with a cumulative portfolio of over USD 40 billion.

Previously, Denis Valvachev worked for Troika Dialog Group of Companies for 5 years, where he supervised business development at Ural Region.

He holds an MBA from London Business School.
He has Certificate of recognition Regent Business School.
Denis graduated from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, with a degree in Securities and completed post-graduate studies at the same University.
MANAGING PARTNER
Nikolay Shapovalov
13 years in the financial market. Nikolay is responsible for the identification of potential for IT and Retail business development.

For 7 years Nikolay was holding senior positions in the retail business at Sberbank of Russia. He was responsible for the development of efficient retail network of bank branches of the Wealthy Customer Services Department at Siberia region, and later he headed the Marketing segment of all premium segment of Sberbank.

Prior to Sberbank of Russia, Nikolay Shapovalov was responsible for business development at Troika Dialog Group of Companies at Siberia Region.

Nikolay graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Graduate of the manager training program at INSEAD Business School.
MANAGING PARTNER
Dmytro Martynenko
25 years at the investment market. He is responsible for searching for projects on privatization, as well as for the expansion of international ties. Mr. Martynenko acts as the representative of Quarter Partners at management bodies of international companies.

Dmytro Martynenko was responsible for assets structuring at the UDP Development Group and for preparing for an IPO at the London Stock Exchange before the crisis of 2008. He also supported M&A transactions for assets amounting up to USD 1 billion and raised debt financing for the amount over USD 300 million from European financial institutions and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In addition, Dmytro led the restructuring and attraction of strategic investor for Kyiv Igor Sikorsky International Airport.

Prior to joining Quarter Partners, Dmytro headed a legal service of Centravis Production Ukraine, the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of seamless stainless steel pipes. His responsibilities included underwriting corporate bonds amounting to USD 30 million and raising debt financing for an amount of EUR 60 million.

Dmytro worked for Kyiv office of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 11 years, where he consulted governmental authorities and institutions on corporate management, gas market reform, privatization and pre-sale preparation for state-owned companies, in particular, Ukrtelecom. Dmytro Martynenko supported Ukrainian company Ukrproduct in preparation to listing on the London Stock Exchange, provided legal and tax advice to a range of Ukrainian companies and international investors.
MANAGING PARTNER
Yurii Sereshchenko
16 years of experience in the financial sector. Yurii is responsible for the identification of potential for logistics and medicine.

Starting from 2009, Yurii Sereshchenko has been holding a position of the Head of Innovations and Development Department, later he held the position of CFO. Yurii has an experience of working for large Ukrainian companies at retail and FMCG field, actively participated in the marketing promotion of products at the local market.

Yurii graduated from Odessa State Economic University with a degree in Marketing. He is a graduate of a specialized course at INSEAD business school.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Aleksandra Fursenko
15-year experience in the investment business. Aleksandra is responsible for the establishment of an effective management system and business processes of the Fund.

Aleksandra's key responsibilities include the operational management of Fund's departments, implementation of business processes optimization and automation strategy. She also supports projects on business restructuring, supervises legal and financial audit of business models of the Fund's portfolio investments.

Prior, Aleksandra Fursenko was the head of the legal department. Her responsibilities included issues on land law, settlement of complicated commercial, corporate and judicial disputes, including disputes with the state, regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Prior to joining Quarter Partners, Aleksandra held managing positions at leading international and Ukrainian legal companies. She was a member of the supervisory boards of bank institutions.

Aleksandra holds a master's degree in Legal Science and Financial Management of the National Academy of Management.
CHIEF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Olga Dzhelebova
10-year experience in communications and brand management. She is responsible for PR, marketing communications and corporate image management. Consults companies on market positioning issues, in particular, supports portfolio development business — UDP company.

Prior to joining Quarter Partners, Olga had experience of working for companies at investment market and in business consulting: UMG Investments (part of CKM Group), BG Capital (investment and banking division of the Bank of Georgia) and AstapovLawyers, an international legal group (currently known as the Eterna Law). Olga provided communication support to front-office teams on raising foreign financing for Ukrainian companies in the energy sector, FMCG and agriculture sector. Supported a leading accumulator manufacturer in Ukraine and the largest private Ukrainian coal mine to enter the Warsaw Stock Exchange IPO.

Olga's professional expertise includes launching brands from scratch, creating communication and digital strategies, media relations, developing CSR, internal communications, and event-management.
HEAD OF HR
Marina Shastun
12 years of background in human resources in international companies. She is responsible for the support of portfolio companies, as well as for development and implementation of HR strategy, organizational design and employer's brand development.

Prior to joining Quarter Partners, Marina worked for 12 years in HR in international companies, leaders in pharmaceutical, agricultural and telecommunication markets, namely Sanofi, Monsanto and Lifecell. Successfully launched a project on building the HR function from scratch, implemented automated solutions in the processes of potential and efficiency evaluation, HR reserve development and internal communications. Marina was frequently responsible for creating and implementing the training and development programs for personnel, was a curator of internship programs for University students.

Marina Shastun's professional expertise includes personnel recruitment, training and development, Talent Management and evaluation, as well as internal communications and corporate culture development.

UDP
The Company successfully implemented more than 20 projects with an overall area of over 3 million m², with some of the most famous being Ocean Plaza shopping center; Ukraine's first innovation park UNIT.City. UDP has been the first in Ukraine to present multifunctional and self-sufficient residential "city within a city" complexes. These are modern residential areas of Kyiv, namely Novopecherski Lypki, Parkove Misto, Boulevard of Fountains, RiverStone, Smart Plaza Polytech, and Smart Plaza Obolon.

UDP provides a full cycle of management: design, construction, commissioning, sale and lease.
Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport with an area of 265 ha is one of the Fund's largest infrastructure projects. Ranked the second in Ukraine for the number of flights. The airport's annual passenger flow is up to 3 million.
Kyiv International Airport
Within renovation of the object, the international terminal A was constructed. Later, terminal D for domestic flights and terminal B for business aviation have been brought into action. Overall area of both terminals is over 20 thous m², and the area of the ramp for aircraft parking - 28 thous m².

In 2013, the airport has been selected by The World Routes Awards as one of the top three world airports under four million passengers.

Today, more than 40 airlines operate from there, among which are Wizz Air, Belavia, LOT, Alitalia and Ernest.
